Small Group Classes

Farmgirl Fitness Studio offers yoga and strength training classes for all ages! Be sure to check out all of our class offerings to see which one best fits your needs.

1 on 1 Coaching

Not a group workout fan?

Talk to Jill about Personal Training! She builds custom programs for all of her personal training clients that help them get to their individualized goals!

She also offers Life Coaching to help people attain their goals outside of the studio, too. Life Coaching enables clients to not just set goals but to also take the steps to maximize their wellbeing and fulfillment in their lives!​

CLASSES

We have classes for ALL ages, ALL body types, and ALL levels! Stop in or call if you have questions or want to enroll! Come experience what we can do for you at Farmgirl Fitness Studio!

Dance Class

Workout Warriors

This class is specialized for the 60+ adult that will get you moving (with fun music!) with some functional resistance and balance training including:

  • Tabata

  • Circuit Workouts

  • Partner workouts

 

We utilize dumbbells, bands, and all kinds of fitness balls. This class can be done in a chair or out.

Lifting Weights

Mountain Movers

This class is so much more than just a fitness class!

 

It is a class for your mind, body and soul. This group will get your body moving and light your soul on fire! We tackle all the mountains that we all face from nutrition and fitness, to mindset and life coaching challenges.

Gentle Flow, Chair Yoga, Power Flow, Restorative Yoga, Yin

Owner & Personal Trainer

As a certified 200-Hour YogaFaith instructor and a member of the Christian Yoga Association, I practice yoga from a biblical perspective focusing on scripture, stillness, and the breath.  When we meet on our mats we will intimately connect with Christ through our flows bringing our prayers to life to deeply connect the mind, body, and spirit!

Deb has been married to her husband, LeRoy, for over 30 years. She has three grown children and is a grandma to 6 beautiful grandkids. Deb has years of experience in the food and nutrition industry, and has a deep desire to help people. Her love for Jesus is fierce!
